Painting, drywall and washing, from one company
Most jobs turn out to be two of these rather than one. An interior repaint uncovers a crack that has to be patched before anything gets a coat. An exterior quote becomes a wash and then a paint. A basement needs board hung and finished before it can be painted at all. Where that happens it stays one quote, one schedule and one crew, instead of you standing between two contractors working out whose problem the surface is.
Whichever one you are here for, it runs the same way. You call or send the form, we work out whether the job needs looking at in person or can be assessed online, and a written proposal follows that rather than a number over the phone. Estimates are free, there is a 3-year warranty on all of our work, and every job has a project lead you can reach directly.
The work goes out from Wilmington across New Castle County in Delaware, and across Chester and Delaware County in Pennsylvania.

Which painting service you need
Two pairs on this list get mixed up constantly. If your job is still not obviously one of them after reading these, call and describe it and we will tell you which it is.
Interior or exterior
Two different jobs rather than two halves of one. Interior work runs all year and is decided by preparation, by whether the walls are plaster or board, and by how much trim there is. Exterior work is weather work, it runs from spring to late fall, and it is decided by what the house is made of. Most people book them in different years. If you want both looked at, one visit covers it.
Drywall repair or drywall hang and finish
Repair is work on walls that already exist. Holes, cracks, water damage and texture matching, usually alongside an interior repaint. Hang and finish is new board on a framed space, for an addition, a finished basement, a gutted room or a new build, and it is the one a builder or a contractor is calling about.
New construction or interior painting
New construction painting is priming and finishing work that has never been painted, sequenced into a build around the trades in front of it and behind it. If the house is finished and lived in, it is interior painting even when the house still feels new.
Pressure washing on its own, or as preparation
Washing is either its own job or the first day of an exterior repaint. If you are painting, the wash is part of that quote rather than a second one. If the siding is simply dirty and the paint underneath is sound, it stands on its own.
