What we collect

If you fill in the estimate form we collect what you enter: your name, contact details, the address of the job, a description of the work, and any photographs you choose to attach. If you call us we have your phone number and whatever you tell us.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, arrange a visit, price the work, and carry it out. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

The estimate form

Our estimate form is provided by DripJobs, the customer management system we use to run the business. What you submit goes into that system, which is where we manage the job from. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms.

That form is embedded from their website. It loads when you visit the estimate page, and with it comes content from DripJobs and from the services they use to run it, including a spam check and their own measurement tags. Those set their own cookies, which we do not control and cannot read. If you would rather not load any of it, do not visit the estimate page; call us at the number at the foot of this page instead and nothing is embedded at all.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Google Ads tag to measure which ads lead to inquiries. These set cookies and record things like the pages you visit, roughly where you are, and the browser you use. We use this in aggregate, to decide what to spend on advertising and what to fix on the site.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on Google provides, and you can control ad personalization in your Google account settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

Call tracking

We use CallRail to work out which ad or page a phone call came from. It may show a different phone number depending on how you reached the site, and it logs the number you call from and the time and length of the call.

Calls are recorded. Recordings are used to check what was discussed and to train and manage our team, they are not sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing, and you can ask us to delete the recording of your call. If you would rather not be recorded, you can reach us through the estimate form instead.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and job records are kept for as long as we need them to run and stand behind the work, and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in those platforms.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial details through the form.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
