House Painters in Concord Township, PA

Concord Township covers Concordville and the ground either side of Route 1 in the west of Delco. It is one of the parts of the county that changed most in the last thirty years, going from farmland and crossroads to a corridor of large housing developments and retail.

What is there now is mostly big: four and five bedroom houses on graded lots, stucco and stone-faced elevations, two-story entrance halls and substantial trim packages. The older stone farmhouses that were here first still stand in among it, usually on the roads rather than in the developments.

What gets asked for in Concord Township

What we see on Concord Township houses

  • Stucco elevations from the corridor build-out

A great deal of building here used stucco across wide, tall faces. Before anything is coated the substrate gets looked at properly, because paint over a wall with a moisture problem conceals it rather than resolving it.

  • Graded lots and tall rear elevations

Houses cut into a slope commonly present two stories at the front and three at the back. The rear elevation is the bigger job and it is the one a quote given from the driveway misses.

  • Two-story foyers and open landings

The standard plan here runs the entrance hall the full height of the house. Cutting a clean line at that height is a staging problem before it is a painting one and it is the room owners stop attempting themselves.

  • Old stone farmhouses among the new

The surviving eighteenth and nineteenth century houses need breathable finishes and careful masonry work. Nothing that suits a stucco house built in 1999 suits the farmhouse on the next road.

Why customers pick us

What stands behind the work is the insurance and a local owner-operated company that quotes every job from a real look at the building. Read what customers wrote on Google, or read how the business started.
